“These Strawberry Milk Pancakes are so fluffy, with a smooth creamy strawberry milk flavor that really take you to a perfect pancake! ”
Oh, my strawberry stars!! Fluffy, decadent, super smooth strawberry, like strawberry milk poured across the top! I’ll admit, this was Kate’s idea, who is my 2nd grader, but the truth is… I love them just as much as a second grader!! Seriously…😳.
Strawberry Milk Pancakes
These Strawberry Milk Pancakes are surprisingly creamy and full of strawberry flavor. I was a bit skeptical when the trial runs came, but to my surprise, I could eat these all the time! They are so creamy with just the pop of strawberry you need. I like to roll up the cake with some salted butter and eat it like a warm tortilla.
This recipe is actually my basic pancake recipe, just with the addition of the fabulous Nestle® strawberry milk powder that every knows and loves. For an even healthier option, turn to freeze dried ground strawberries that can substitute the Nestle®. It may be a bit different (not as creamy), but just as strawberriesh!
How to make Strawberry Milk Pancakes
Just like any pancakes…just so much better!! Dally them up how you want: marshmallows, frozen fruits, chocolate shavings, or whipping cream. You make the rules!!

How to do it!
Step 1
Get all ingredients out on the table, plus equipment including a non-stick large pan, a mixing bowl, a large liquid measuring cup, measuring spoons, a whisk, and a 1/3rd cup for scooping batter.
Step 2
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Lightly spray the non-stick pan with oil and start heating it on medium heat.
Step 3
Add all wet ingredients to your large liquid measuring cup, including buttermilk, whole milk, Nestle® strawberry powder, oil, egg, and vanilla. Whisk together until integrated; it should look like thick strawberry milk.
Step 4
Pour into the dry ingredients and whisk until integrated. (Leave small chunks if you have them.) The Batter should be activated and bubbling already. You should have a medium-thick consistency. Thick would be blobby, and thin would be soup consistency. You want medium thick so that if you lift your whisk, it falls off slowly but can make thin swirls.
Step 5
In your warm pan, spray it with Pam®, and as it heats up, wipe it out with a paper towel (optional). (I like to do this so I know my pan is ready and not going to stick, but I also do not have burnt oil in the first batches of pancakes.)
Then, pour 3 small pancakes. Add frozen chopped strawberries, chocolate chips, or frozen small marshmallows to the top. Right when you see bubbling, flip it to the other side. Cook that side for about 15 seconds and lay the hot side up on a plate or cooling rack.
Step 6
Add salted butter (that’s really all you need), some pure maple syrup, and fresh strawberry whipped cream (1/2 cup fresh cream and 1/2 cup Nestle® powder, whipped by a mixer) and any other topping you might need (but don’t actually need anything else!).
OOPS!! That was a hot cake! Below 👇

How Save batter or left over Pancakes
- Have leftover batter? Store in an airtight jar or a bottle with a good lid. Use the next day (yet may not be quite as fluffy as the day of batter)
- Have leftover pancakes? Place them on a sheet pan not touching each other (I like to place wax paper or parchment paper) and flash freeze in the freezer for 20 minutes. Take them out and stack them up in a freezer ziplock bag. To reheat, just place them in the microwave for 45 seconds (you may need to flip once) and cook for another 25 seconds. Add butter and syrup for a quick go!
I hope you love them!! I can’t wait to hear about it! Leave a comment below 👇. And DON’T FORGET TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE BLOG! You don’t want to miss out. I don’t post everything on social media 🤓.
