Asian Eggs

I love a great surprise. Hungry and low on groceries I was ready for something that would be sustainable. This Asian Egg recipe hit the spot on savory, hearty, warm, and filling. Getting your morning right can be the key to a great start to the day! Farmer Franny recommends, 10/10 times you will be satisfied!

Quick and easy—it’s a recipe that can switched up and also be used for leftovers! I love when left overs win, ahh 😌. A refrigerator where everything is used in it is a key to my 💜 heart! Here is how you make this Asian Eggs breakfast:

How to make Asian Eggs Breakfast:

Asian Egg Breakfast

Get all ingredients out, turn on the light, and grab your cutting board. Dice up the mushrooms and green onions.

Use a nonstick pan so making the eggs are super easy! Plus, having all veggies cut and ready makes it so much less stressful.

Turn a small non-stick skillet on medium high heat, and spray the pan with Pam (or oil of your choice). Sauté mushrooms and green onions in the skillet until tender.

With a spatula, even out the mushrooms on the skillet (no bulkiness). Crack open 3 eggs on top of veggies. Cook for 2 minutes and do not toss.

Lift the pan and angle any uncooked whites to an area they can get cooked, being careful not to break the yolk. NOTE: you can flip the egg gently to cook anything still runny as well (you may need to lift your pan to and angle it to help you flip without breaking the yolk)

Add hoisin and hot honey (this is the type I use) to the top and cilantro or more green onions. Enjoy!
