Cherry Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Jump to Recipe

This cherry balsamic roasted brussel sprouts is brussel sprouts ELEVATED! Sweet cherry and tangy balsamic with warm earthy sprouts and the salty crunchy bits brings heaven and earth together again. REALLY.

I am so in love with this. I love brussel sprouts many ways, but I really love them roasted. The crunchy and salty bits (flavor bites) and now to add cherry jam and a balsamic reduction really brings it home. And its healthy!!

I ended up munching on them all day and enjoyed every darn bit of them, even when it was cold. I’ll definitely be making this over and over again.

How to make Cherry Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

It’s really easy! Your going to first start with:

  1. Slicing the sprouts into ribbons and putting them on the pan.
  2. Add salt and oil, then toss.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes, tossing 10 minutes in between, at 375 degrees.
  4. When cooked, add jam and vinegar reduction and VOILA!

How can these Roasted Sprouts used everyday?

I’m so excited to be diverse with these. Since it is so packed with flavor, you can use them simply as a side to a juicy meat like these Pork Chops, Steak, or Grilled Chicken.

Or put it in a bowl~

I think they would be great as a quinoa bowl. Add cooked quinoa, maybe a bit more balsamic, some crumbled feta, and cashews. I now pronounce you with a healthy balanced and incredibly tasty lunch or dinner. Throw some sliced grilled chicken and an avocado and you really have a meal.

I put a sweet basil dressing with this quinoa bowl. It was to die for. (More balsamic works great too!)

I hope you love them just as much! They are pretty amazing!

Check out my other brussel sprouts. They are a little more simple, but also incredibly delicious!
