Vanilla Cupcake Icing

A little stiff, a little soft.
Total Time 15 minutes


  • Stand mixer with the whisk attachment.
  • Or, a mixer and medium sized bowl.


  • ¾ cup whipping cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 drops red food coloring


  • Add ingredients to your bowl. Whisk until desired stiffness.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate across the top or cut out some fondant shapes. Have fun!
