Preheat oven for 325 degrees. Whisk the first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Put to the side.
In a stand mixer (or a different bowl if you don't have a stand mixer), blend butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time to mix well. Mix cream, vanilla, and sour cream together.
While adding wet ingredients, add dry ingredients a little at a time, mixing well.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick runs clean.
